Petite Île (pronounced puh-teet eel, French for "little island") is a New Jersey specialty food company crafting authentic Mauritian samoussas and other premium appetizers for the American market. Founded by Krishna Chetti, the company is rooted in the culinary traditions of Mauritius—a creole cuisine at the crossroads of Indian, Chinese, African and French influences in the Indian Ocean. Our star product is the Mauritian samosa. They are hand-folded in small batches, flash-frozen at peak freshness, and ready to pan-fry, air-fry, or bake in under ten minutes. We sell six flavors at farmers' markets throughout New Jersey, ship via our online store, and supply wholesale partners. A little island. A lot of flavor.
