We make European layered cakes: flourless traditional and vegan cakes with gluten free flour. Both are made with reduced sugar and are clean label - made with real ingredients for real indulgence.There are three types of cakes - pistaccio, wallnuts and hazelnut & almond. Each type of cake comes in two sizes - family and individual. We are highlighting the individual cakes in this conference.
