Fromageries Arnaud dairy was created in 1907. Jean-Charles Arnaud is the man upholding the maturation secrets handed down from his ancestors. The aromatic wealth of our Comté is due particularly to our maturation conditions in the biggest cellar in the world: The Fort des Rousses.
