We are Fratelli Contorno, a Sicilian family-owned company with over a century of experience in high-quality food production. We are based in Palermo, Sicily, in the very hearth of the Mediterranean Sea and we have been in the production of Preserved Vegetables for 110 years and therefore reached our fourth generation. Also, we have the flexibility to develop private label lines tailored to your needs, both in terms of recipes and packaging. We hold certifications including IFS, ISO 9001, FDA, and EU Organic.Our core product lines include:- Ready-to-Eat Appetizers – with our signature Caponata (Eggplant, Bell Peppers, Artichoke, Ratatouille);- Italian Classic Pasta Sauces – such as Norma, Arrabbiata, Marinara, Puttanesca, Tomato & Basil, Roasted Garlic, Ratatouille, Vegetable Bolognese).- Regional Pasta Sauces – made with premium specialty tomatoes (Cherry, Datterino, Rough Cherry), vegan and gluten-free- Pesto Sauces: Siciliano (Basil & Almonds), Alla Genovese (with Parmigiano Reggiano PDO cheese) and Rosso (sundried tomatoes & almonds).- Tomato pastes 22° brix: from 110g jar to 890g tin.
