Our collection features Arbequina, Picual, and Cornicabra varieties, crafted from olives grown in our family’s traditionally dry-farmed groves.Founded by Tiffany and Jorge, a Brooklyn-based husband-and-wife team, FLOR DE LA JARA combines four generations of Spanish olive oil heritage with a passion for healthy living. We bring authentic, traceable, and sustainably produced extra virgin olive oils from our family groves to tables across the United States.
