Our First Light Wagyu and Elk farmers come from all over New Zealand. The result of all of their hard work is the most extraordinarily tender, marbled grass-fed beef, and the most delicate and delicious farm-raised Elk. We pride ourselves on the quality of our animals and as a result, we bring the best Wagyu beef and Elk to your table. We promise to produce and provide you with delicious meat, raised right, by people who truly care. We know we do things the right way but we also value the opinions of those we respect.We are truly land caretakers, committed to regenerative farming practices because that's the way we've been doing it for generations, and will continue to do so for generations to come.
