Our story has been 37 years have been a classic entrepreneurial success story marked by hard work, steady growth, continuous improvement, physical expansion and a major investment in technology. Today, Fancy Pokket is Atlantic Canada’s largest producer of pita bread, bagels, roti, lavash, flatbreads and tortilla wraps.In 2019, we opened a dedicated Gluten-Free facility called, Timani. We produce breads, pound cakes and sweets.
