Dahab is an NYC-based toum brand making creamy Middle Eastern garlic dips/spreads for the refrigerated dips section. Toum has long been loved with grilled meats, shawarma, sandwiches, and fries, but it is still underrepresented in U.S. grocery. Dahab’s goal is to help bring toum to more American tables with fresh, preservative-free, plant-based, gluten-free, and kosher products that sit naturally alongside hummus while offering shoppers something different to discover.
