Crushed is a small-batch tomato sauce originating from Hell's Kitchen, New York City. It was founded by Derya & Matt Lane— best friends, married for over a decade, and two people who take Wednesday nights very seriously.Most store-bought sauces are too sweet, too flat, and too safe. Crushed is none of those things. It's built on Campania-style San Marzano tomatoes and single-origin olive oil, finished with parsley — not basil — so it stays savory and sharp. Zero added sugars. A little kick.Crushed is a condiment first. Best enjoyed hot or warm. It belongs on pasta, obviously, but also on eggs, oysters, bread, chicken, and anywhere else something needs a jolt of flavor.
