Crafted on the working waterfront of Rockland, Maine, Bixby Chocolate is Maine's first bean-to-bar chocolate maker. Founded in 2011 by mother-daughter team Kate and Donna McAleer, we believe great chocolate starts with doing things right.We source organic cacao directly from small farms in the Caribbean and Central America — then craft it into bold, clean, indulgent confections free of additives, preservatives, and corn syrup. Every bar, bonbon, and bite is gluten-free certified, with vegan, organic, and kosher options throughout our line.
