For decades, we have explored how to balance fermentation, umami, spice, and freshness in ways that fit evolving food cultures.During this journey, we began asking a simple question: “What if a hot sauce could deliver not only heat, but also the elegance and aroma unique from Japan?”The answer became Yuzu Sriracha.Instead of creating another conventional spicy sauce, we combined fragrant Japanese yuzu with a carefully crafted blend of three chili peppers to create a flavor that opens with bright citrus notes, followed by a deep, layered heat. Real diced yuzu peel adds bursts of natural aroma and a delicate texture rarely found in hot sauces today.The result is a sauce that feels both familiar and completely new — bold enough for burgers and fried foods, yet refined enough to pair with sushi, spring rolls, grilled seafood, ramen, and modern fusion cuisine.Yuzu Sriracha is more than a spicy condiment; it is our interpretation of how Japanese craftsmanship can reinvent a global food category.
